Send us a message within 14 days of buying your course, using the contact page or by emailing admin@studytefl.com from the address you used for your order. Tell us which course you bought and that you would like a refund.
We review your request
We usually reply within 1 to 24 hours, and slightly longer at weekends and holidays. We check when you bought the course and whether you have completed the fourth unit quiz, because that affects the amount.
We confirm your refund
If your request is approved, we confirm the amount with you and send the refund back through the payment method you used, Stripe or PayPal.

An upgrade never costs more than the price difference between two courses, for example $10 from $29 to $39.

How long do I have to ask for a refund?+
StudyTEFL has a 14-day money-back guarantee. You need to contact us within 14 days of buying your course. No refunds are given after 14 days.
Does starting the course change my refund?+
Yes. The refund is scaled down once you have completed the fourth unit quiz. If you have not reached the fourth unit quiz, you are inside the standard money-back guarantee, provided you contact us within 14 days.
What if it has been more than 14 days?+
We cannot give refunds after 14 days. If you are stuck with the course or the platform, contact us anyway. We usually reply within 1 to 24 hours and are happy to help you get moving again.
How do I request a refund?+
Use the contact page or email admin@studytefl.com from the address you used for your order, and tell us which course you bought. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase.
How will I be refunded?+
If your request is approved, we confirm the amount with you and send the refund back through the payment method you used, which is Stripe or PayPal.
Can I upgrade instead of asking for a refund?+
Yes. If you chose a course that is not quite right, an upgrade never costs more than the difference between the two courses' prices, for example $10 from the $29 course to the $39 course.
Can I try the course before I buy?+
Yes. StudyTEFL publishes a real free lesson so you can inspect the learning style and depth before enrolling. You can also compare every course side by side.
