Let's fix this, step by step
These are in order, so start with step 1. Tap a step to see what to do.
When you copy and paste your email, it can pick up an extra space before or after it. Click into the email box. Press Home, then Shift+End to see the whole thing highlighted. Delete any space at the start or end.
Pasting a password sometimes goes wrong. A space or a missing letter can sneak in. If you can, type your password by hand instead of pasting it.
Next to the password box there is a small eye icon. Press it. This shows your password as normal letters, so you can check it is correct before you press Log In.
Your browser may try to fill in an old saved password for this site. If a password box fills in by itself, clear it first, then type your password fresh.
Old cookies can sometimes block your password from working. A private window skips them completely. See the shortcut below.
Quick fix: open a private window and try again there. This skips old cookies and saved passwords in one go.
Are you using a VPN?
Does the page say "Checking your browser" and not move on?
Did you pay with a different email address?
Has it been a long time since you bought your course?
How fast will you reply if I email you?
Is this my fault?
Tried everything and still stuck? That's OK, just email us. Tell us your name and the email you used to enroll, and we'll sort it out. We usually reply within 1 to 24 hours.
